Job Description: 'Sector'-- Real Estate Sales and Marketing
Good Communication Skills and understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions.
Meet prospective customers and understand their real estate needs.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately as per client requirement.
Maintaining and developing relationships with Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls and E-mails.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
Sales of Commercial / Residential (Apartments and Villas) properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties.
Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompany them on site visits.
Generate new opportunities.
Identify new customers within the customer environment.
- 2-3 Years of experience in similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work well under pressure
- Report-writing skills
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to details.
